Brasserie Excelsior

The Excelsior remains one of the finest examples of Art Nouveau and, above all, the most moving testament to the legacy of the Nancy School. Blending Art Nouveau with Art Deco, the Excelsior is the culinary showcase of the Nancy School. The quiche Lorraine bears the “Nancy Passions Salées” label, and the brasserie created the dessert “Le Tout Nancy” specifically for the “Nancy Passions Sucrées” label. Open 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m., Sundays and Mondays until 11:00 p.m.
