L'AVANT-GARDE LEISURE AREA

Looking for a relaxing family break? Located on the Avant-garde plateau, Pompey Leisure area has something to delight the whole family, from little ones to adults. With a host of playgrounds and sports pitches, an arboretum, treetop adventure (for a fee), barefoot (for a fee), orienteering and health courses, starting points for walks and hikes and more besides, the Avant-garde is a breath of fresh air surrounded by nature for a resolutely family-focused experience. A new activity has also been set up: a Disc Golf course, a new sport that follows the same principle as golf but instead of hitting a ball into a hole, you throw a disc (or frisbee) into an unusual kind of basket... Meanwhile, animal lovers can admire the small number of donkeys to be found here, but feeding them is strictly forbidden! The leisure area is equipped with shaded picnic areas and dry toilets, allowing visitors to spend the whole day here. Freely accessible year-round with car parks.
