A different kind of tourism

The Boucle de la Moselle comprises 85 km (or 53 miles) of cycle paths for all the family to enjoy.

With its easy route (suitable for children aged 10 and over), sites steeped in history, outstanding views, gentle countryside, bustling towns, high-quality local products and accommodation to suit all budgets, it has all the ingredients for a perfect family holiday!

Bike or boat? Town or country? Open air or medieval streets? You’ll be spoilt for choice and will accumulate a stash of happy memories.

In addition to the main route, the Boucle de la Moselle offers three themed trails around Toul (and its 14th-century cathedral), the charming medieval town of Liverdun (with its delicious madeleines!) and Nancy, the capital of the Dukes of Lorraine, with its Place Stanislas, a UNESCO World Heritage site, not to mention its macarons and bergamotes!

Whether it’s camping, hotel or bed & breakfast, in town or country, a quiet weekend or short break on the Boucle de la Moselle is sure to give you that much needed change of scene.
