Batt Chocolatier and Confectioner

Alain Batt, an artisan chocolatier and confectioner in Nancy for over 40 years, offers chocolates, confections, cookies, and Bergamotes de Nancy (PGI) bearing the “Nancy Passions Sucrées” label. He also invites you to come discover his products, born of his passion for chocolate. During these tours, which last between 1 hour and 1 hour and 30 minutes, we’ll make 6 to 8 of our specialties right before your eyes, which you’ll then get to taste. The main themes are the Bergamote de Nancy and the Macaron de Nancy, which will be prepared, baked, and tasted in turn.
