La Boucle de la Moselle de Liverdun à Nancy
La Boucle de la Moselle de Liverdun à Nancy
Alternating between towns and villages, historic heritage sites and remarkable panoramas, lively nature and urban ambience, opening the way to the discovery of local know-how and products, the Boucle de la Moselle is an unforgettable experience for lovers of discovery and contemplation by bike.
This 90 km itinerary is marked out by four stations, so you can organize your journey in stages to suit your length of stay and interests.
Most of the route is on a "voie verte" (greenway), supplemented by short stretches on small roads with cycle lanes and little gradient, to the delight of contemplative cyclists, whether alone, with the family or in a group.
From Liverdun to Toul, the route takes in a more urban atmosphere, revealing architectural treasures such as the Château de la Flie in Liverdun or the Douera in Malzéville, a residence with an oriental decor. Return to Nancy via the river port, in the heart of the city, where restaurants, guinguettes (in summer), Parc de la Pépinière and Place Stanislas await you.
