Yves, Catherine and Eric’s mixed farming and livestock farm features a dairy production facility, a herd of Limousin cattle and a poultry house. All of their birds are reared outdoors and fed on grain from the farm. The bulls and heifers that they sell are also fed on farm-produced fodder and grains and are reared traditionally, in accordance with their natural growth cycle.
Produce is sold directly from the farm, by order, and at the Masson Producteurs shop at 3 Rue de Bexot in the village. The shop also stocks seasonal fruits produced by Nicolas Masson and other local farm produce.
