Come and discover the Swing Orchestra, a traditional big band founded in the early 1980s.
Its average size is around twenty musicians, divided between trumpet, trombone, saxophone, woodwind and rhythm sections. For a long time, the orchestra mainly covered
traditional big band arrangements, in the tradition of Count Basie and Duke Ellington. Since 2012, less conventional works and original arrangements have been added to the repertoire. In addition, the
Swing Orchestra has added a vocal repertoire since 2016.
The Swing Orchestra performs regularly on the musical stages
in the Nancy region and beyond.
